For over a decade Uncle Phatty's has set the standard in gourmet barbecue sauce with the "Original" blend.  The unique mixture of sweet and heat inspired the name "Phatty's" (pretty hot & tasty).  For a twist in flavor we cooked up an additional "Jalapeno" sauce with real diced jalapenos blended with spices creating a smooth smokey undertone.
